VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! -- MOBILE PET ADOPTION - FRIDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2009
HYLA Animal Welfare Committee's third quarter Houston Center mall mobile pet adoption for the year is scheduled for Friday, December 18, 2009. Our featured shelter is Houston Humane Society (www.houstonhumane.com<outbind://193/www.houstonhumane.com>).
If you're interested in volunteering, please e-mail kelam at fulbright.com or khartmann at gjtbs.com. We still need volunteers for the morning and afternoon--the lunch hour is covered.
Volunteers help care for the animals, walk the dogs outside and talk with the public. Volunteers are welcome to help for as long as they desire. Volunteers are needed from about 10am-5pm. Remember, our mobile pet adoptions are huge successes, so please come out and help homeless pets find forever homes! Even if you can't volunteer, please stop by and say hello to your fellow HYLA members and the many adoptable pets. The mobile pet adoption will take place on the top level of the Houston Center mall in directly across the hall from Hallmark.
